Leonie is a pretty mare with expressive eyes and good gaits. Especially her canter is very active with good distance gain and adaptability to both outdoor and indoor courses. Leonie has precise and careful jumping technique, which combined with her canter and courage makes her a good partner in the ring. She is very cooperative and positive persona, sometimes a bit too eager and needs some holding back in order to keep the tempo when on the course. Outside the ring she is a bit goofy and very social, but gentle, and likes to spend time with both people and other horses.

Leonie's sireline goes to Premier stallion Londonrubin, who has been successful in his shojumping career with 13 wins in total. Londonrubin has been very influental in the virtual Hanoverian breeding scene, and continues to appear in pedigrees today through is successful offspring. Leonie's first foal, Dragonbreeze NBD, was sold to England, and has been competing in 130cm and 140cm classes with good results.
